rates, (ii) reducing the CO2 impact on our planet and (iii) closing the gap to a functioning circular
economy. Today, SELFRAG develops, finances, builds, and operates recycling plants treating waste
materials.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

IT Manager (m/w/n)

Your main assignments:

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Support for the local infrastructure and end user devices.


• IT system administration and installation


• Administration, costs follow-up, licences


• Software and Hardware asset management.


• Identities management (User account, rights, emails)


• Security administration and management (Monitoring, Updates and Antivirus)


• Support and documentation


• Responsible for Network, Firewall, routing and VPN


• Support of the telephone system, mobile phone contracts and Teams


• Coordination and maintenance business software

Your profile:

• IT certification or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience


• Good knowledge in Microsoft products (Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Windows Server,
  Windows 10-11)


• Advantage: Microsoft/Office 365 Certifications, ERP (BusinessCentral)


• IT Strategy, proactive and interest in new technologies


• Be able to diagnose, analyse and solve complex problems and demonstrate excellent
  troubleshooting skills


• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment


• Good in communication and good stress resistance


• Language: English is a must, German and French is a plus.
