Your Role

As CRM Assistant Booking Center International at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks.

Your Responsibilities

Assisting Client Relationship Managers for both direct and offshore booking center clients

Handling payments, transfers, deposits and check related Know your Transaction (KYT) issues, follow up on their processing

Ensuring customer transactions and interactions, adhering to legal & regulatory requirements as well as bank policies

Preparing account opening forms including checking opening for shared business accounts and their follow up

Executing trading orders on all asset classes and inputting trades in our systems, making sure they are compliant with all regulations and suitability requirements

Corporate actions

Prepare confirmation letters and reference letters

Follow up with issues (KYC, KYT, Fatca, Tax Compliance, Risk category changes)

Your Profile

University degree in Finance

First relevant work experience in Private Banking

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage

Ability to weigh problems and set priorities

Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability

Ability to work under pressure and work with various stakeholders

Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage
