Business Analyst (80-100%)
Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf
When: 1 March 2026 or upon availability
In this role, you will contribute to a dynamic team of Business Analysts based in Geneva and Dübendorf. You will collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds and play an active part in driving shared knowledge, continuous improvement and team wide development. We value open collaboration and maintain strong team cohesion through regular exchanges and meet ups. Please note that occasional travel within Switzerland is part of the role.
- Help drive the delivery of change through active participation
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, mainly air traffic controllers, product managers/owners and architects to define the change scope and associated artifacts
- Elaborate Operational Concepts, elicit and manage requirements to meet business needs
- Contribute to testing and documentation, elaborate and support the execution of functional test cases
- Assure the link with enterprise architecture by aligning with system and enterprise architects
- Support or lead the necessary prototyping and simulation activities to prepare for implementation and user acceptance
- Write transversal business concepts or white papers
- A Master's degree (or equivalent); a focus on Aviation or Air Traffic Management is a plus
- Experience in stakeholder requirements management, functional testing and business process work
- Strategic, big?picture thinking with the ability to translate insights into meaningful actions

- Proficient in English written and orally, good command in German and/or French is a plus
