What are we looking for?

Tour Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients when they arrive at the meeting points or their hotel
• Collaborate with the product team to create exciting and unique explorations.
• Accompanying and guiding clients in different places in Switzerland.
• Translating during tastings and visits.
• Offer sightseeing advice to clients.
• Upsell selected explorations

Your Traits:

• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times
• Excellent team player
• Always looking to go the extra mile for the client
• Speak Fluent English with a good command of German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian
• Outside-the-box thinker
• Not able to break under pressure
• Excellent public speaker
• Able to walk for an extended period
• Able to work independently
