We are looking for a capable, multilingual Adviser and Translator to support a Forbes-list Shareholder. This role combines business advisory tasks, translation, and high-level executive assistance. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Shareholder’s Adviser and Translator is expected to travel with the Shareholder and provide full availability for any urgent matters at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Provide real-time translation and interpretation in Russian, English and French
- Provide day-to-day support in communications and assistance with business and personal matters
- Track tasks, reminders, and ensure timely execution of shareholder instructions
- Monitor multiple project statuses and report on progress
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and daily business and personal agendas
- Handle sensitive communications and documents with full confidentiality
- Offer administrative support across both business and personal matters
- Maintain awareness of relevant global and political developments
- Meet deadlines and stay composed under pressure
- Work collaboratively with a professional team
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Russian, English (a must) and French (desirable)
- Experience in Translation and Interpreting
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in executive support, translation, or business administration
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Multitasking ability and stress resilience
