Are you eager to begin your professional career in a multinational environment? Join our 12-month internship program, gain practical purchasing experience and develop your capabilities within an international industrial company. We are looking for motivated candidates available to start their internship in March 2027.

Your responsabilites

• You will process and follow up outstanding purchase orders for aftersales needs,
• You will prepare requests for quotation (RFQs),
• You will support invoice validation and verification activities,
• You will set up and release new materials in the ERP system,
• You will maintain purchasing follow-up lists and trackers for aftersales,
• You will support the preparation of decision matrices and supplier forms,
• You will manage shortages and obsolete materials by proposing alternative solutions.

Your profile

• You have completed technical or commercial vocational training (CFC or equivalent),
• You are fluent in French or English, with German considered an advantage,
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office applications,
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, with a meticulous, rigorous and solution-oriented approach,
• You are independent, proactive and reliable, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
