In short
In this role you will drive and lead retail initiatives to increase operational excellence within our own retail stores. Along with regional retail management, your role will grow together with us as we continue to expand our retail channel. You will ensure operational excellence across our stores and build out quality standards for our retail network Globally. You will have the opportunity to shape and build On’s retail landscape and support in setting the foundation for years to come.
Your Mission
The main aim of this role is to support our retail operational strategy. Together with the store and support partner teams, you will manage and steer special projects to drive operational excellence, enable smooth communication to store teams and implement omni-channel solutions in our retail stores.
Analyse key performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance in-store performance in collaboration with regional ops & store teams
Lead and participate in working groups advocating as the voice of our retail stores. Provide recommendations for store-related communication or requests to support strategy planning and execution of tasks
Create and establish standard operating procedures for retail stores in partnership with support departments
Own and drive Strategic tech initiatives in collaboration with tech teams, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value across Retail (POS, RFID, Omni Channel, Data, NPS)
Guide and lead Tech delivery teams across partner departments from scope to implementation, translate business needs into actionable solutions and ensure alignment and measurable outcomes
Lead the development and follow up of the annual retail stores planning calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence across all locations
Contribute to define the communication strategy and streamline tasks, acting as one of the main points of contact between headquarter offices and stores (e.g. Training plan, Retail Roadmap)
Support with logistics for warehouse partnerships and forecasting resources
Support internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to local operations compliance needs and the implementation of Asset Protection and Health & Safety standards in compliance with local market requirements
