We are seeking a Treasury Specialist who will drive day‑to‑day treasury operations, strengthen risk controls and improve processes end‑to‑end. You will play a central role in managing daily cash positions, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring high-quality execution of treasury processes.
Your Impact
- Manage global cash, liquidity, and investments to optimize group funding and returns in full compliance with global counterparty limits.
- Lead the groupwide monthly intercompany clearing cycle and manage related FX exposures.
- Execute and settle treasury transactions including foreign exchange, money markets, and intercompany loans.
- Manage Schindler Holding guarantee renewals, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Strengthen bank relationships and enhance the related payment infrastructure.
- Drive continuous improvement in treasury operations by standardizing processes, automating workflows, and enhancing KPIs.
- Support global treasury projects and change initiatives from concept to rollout.
Who you are
You are an analytical self-confident team player with a strong drive for results and an achievement-oriented mindset. Your exceptional conceptual thinking allows you to tackle complex challenges with clarity and precision, while your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey ideas, collaborate, and inspire others.
What you bring
- Degree in finance, IT or business administration.
- Proven experience in managing cash and financial assets within an international organization.
- Hands-on expertise in executing foreign currency transactions and payments with accuracy and compliance.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and banking products/services, enabling informed decision-making.
- Ability to lead and support project work streams, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration across teams.
- Strong IT affinity, ideally with experience in Treasury Management Systems (such as Kyriba), SAP, market data providers and e-commerce platforms.
- Fluent in English. German is considered an asset.
