Freelancer – Risk Management Consultant (AI & Data)

Your contribution to KPMG

* Support client with the implementation of AI governance frameworks
* Support client projects on AI based risk management use cases
* Contribute to data management initiatives in Risk and Finance (strategy, target architecture)
* Support topics such as data quality, data lineage and data governance
* Translate business and regulatory requirements into data and AI solutions
* Prepare analyses, concepts and client ready deliverables
* Work closely with risk, finance and technology experts on transformation engagements

This is what makes you successful

* University degree in data science, computer science or other quantitative degree such as physics, mathematics, etc.
* Several years of experience in AI, data management or risk/finance transformation
* Hands on experience with AI based solutions or advanced analytics
* Experience with AI governance and model risk management
* Solid understanding of data management in Risk and Finance
* Structured and pragmatic working style
* Strong coding skills in relevant languages such as Python
* Very good communication skills; English and German are mandatory, French is an asset

You will work with KPMG's AI, Data and Risk experts in Zurich, supporting banks on AI driven risk initiatives and data management transformations across Risk and Finance. The team combines deep data and technology expertise with regulatory and business know how, working on complex and innovative client engagements.

Please note that this is not an immediate staffed position. Selected professionals will join our pool of preferred freelance consultants to be contacted for future assignments depending on project pipeline and client demand.
