FinTeX is recruiting a senior business analyst to enhance its capacity to address a growing demand in the area of Business Analysis and Project Management.

Key responsibilities

• Write functional specifications documents.


• Assist programmers in understanding and developing the appropriate functionalities


• Participate in design review to ensure the integration of all requirements

Required Skills

• Strong Financial Services industry experience


• Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, writing skills


• Knowledge of development methodologies such as waterfall and Agile


• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle


• Self-directed, self-motivated, independent worker

Nice to have

• Competences in financial software such as Kondor+, FrontArena, Fenics, Murex


• Specific competences in core banking systems or PMS

Experience: 5+ years
