As part of its continued growth strategy, the bank is seeking to appoint an Investment Advisor or Senior Investment Advisor to strengthen its investment advisory platform and support its private banking teams.Minimum 5 years of experience in investment advisory, private banking or wealth management.

Position:
This is an opportunity for an experienced multi-asset investment professional to join a collaborative and highly client-focused environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers and the Head of Investment Advisory to deliver tailored investment solutions across a broad range of asset classes, while contributing to the development of innovative investment ideas and advisory capabilities within a non-discretionary, cross-asset advisory framework, with a particular focus on structured products and derivatives. The role also involves close collaboration with the Portfolio Management team on the discretionary side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage advisory accounts across all asset classes including equities, fixed income, FX and alternatives.
- Develop and present bespoke investment recommendations aligned with clients risk profiles, investment objectives and portfolio constraints.
- Partner closely with Private Bankers to identify opportunities and deliver high-quality investment advice to clients.
- Generate and communicate investment ideas, market views and portfolio strategies.
- Structure, price and explain derivative strategies, options-based solutions and structured products to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to the investment teams research efforts and idea generation process.
- Maintain a strong understanding of global financial markets and evolving investment opportunities.
- Embrace innovation and digital transformation initiatives, including the integration of AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment advisory, private banking or wealth management.
- Strong multi-asset investment knowledge with proven expertise across traditional and alternative asset classes.
- CFA, CAIA or equivalent qualifications a strong plus.
- Solid experience in structured products, options and derivative-based investment solutions a must.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work closely with Relationship Managers and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
- Interest in leveraging technology and AI solutions to improve productivity and scalability.
- Fluent English; French and Spanish are also advantageous.
- Well established within the Geneva-Lausanne region, or able to demonstrate strong familiarity with the local wealth management landscape. A valid Swiss work permit is required; frontalier) profiles will be considered.
