Join our global Financial Services and Trade Affairs team and help shape customs and foreign trade processes in an international matrix organization. As a Global Customs Advisor at our headquarters in Uzwil, you will support both our local business units and our global subsidiaries as a key partner in customs clearance, compliance, and process optimization. With your expertise, you will drive the design of import and export processes, support the determination of origin of goods, and advise on a wide range of foreign trade matters. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role with international reach and real business impact.
This is where you'll excel

- You represent foreign trade topics in internal Group projects, drive process, data, and IT improvements, and support SAP GTS rollouts across Group locations
- You monitor regional and global foreign trade developments, assess their impact on supply chains and competitiveness, and derive relevant actions
- You independently manage customs and origin checks, deliver training sessions, and act as the central point of contact for authorities and associations
These are the skills you'll need
- Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally with a specialization in foreign trade
- Extensive expertise in Swiss and EU customs law, combined with solid hands-on experience in customs and foreign trade, preferably within an international industrial environment
- Service-oriented, resilient, and committed personality with strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders in a global environment
- Good working knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP GTS, and MS Office applications
- Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
