Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our dynamic team at Eclipse Bar & Lounge. In this role, you'll contribute to our fusion cuisine, preparing high-quality dishes that blend international aromas with elegance. Responsibilities include:
-Preparing and presenting menu items to the highest standards of quality and creativity.
-Collaborating with the team to maintain kitchen efficiency, upholding food safety, hygiene, and presentation protocols.
-Innovating within our fusion style to delight guests and support our growth.
Requirements
-Proven experience in Asian and European kitchens, with a strong understanding of fusion techniques.
-Enthusiastic and team-oriented, with a passion for culinary excellence.
-Committed to upholding the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
-Excited to grow the Eclipse brand while advancing your own career in a supportive, innovative environment.
-Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
-Fluency in English and German.
-Swiss resident or EU passport holder.
