Lead SAP Project Management & Architecture (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Global IT Organization, we are looking for an experienced leader who will take responsibility for our global SAP landscape and play a key role in our digital transformation journey.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and govern global SAP projects and programs in alignment with IT and business strategy

• Define and drive the global SAP architecture roadmap focusing on scalability, interoperability, and sustainability

• Establish and maintain governance, methodologies, and best practices for SAP projects and architecture

• Partner with business stakeholders and IT leaders to translate business needs into innovative SAP solutions

• Monitor technological trends in SAP and enterprise architecture to foster innovation

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent qualification

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP Project Management and SAP Architecture, including global leadership roles

• Expertise in SAP Project & Program Management, SAP Architecture Design & Governance, S/4HANA Transformation, and enterprise-wide SAP integration

• Experience in change management and business process optimization

• Strong leadership, strategic and analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage
