IT Logistic Manager

Job description:

You will support logistics-related process coordination within an operational environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Language: German & English (spoken and written)

Requirements:

• Coordinating transportation, warehousing, dispatch and delivery schedules
• Monitoring and tracking shipments and resolving delays
• Maintaining accurate inventory and documentation for inbound and outbound goods
• Preparing shipping documents, customs paperwork and compliance records
• Supporting demand planning to ensure stock availability
• Analyzing stock turnover and utilization to optimize replenishment cycles
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Supporting budgeting and reporting related to asset and stock planning
• Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing improvements

Competences:

• Completed apprenticeship or business school education; degree in business or similar is a plus
• 1-3 years of relevant coordination or logistics support experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable analyzing data to support planning and reporting
• Familiar with value chain / operational environments
• Confident working in both German and English
