As Senior Underwriter for Long-Tailed Lines, you’ll drive business growth by designing innovative risk transfer solutions, forging strong client networks, and collaborating across teams, while staying at the forefront of industry trends and digitalization.

What to expect

• Acquisition and management of reinsurance business
• Conducting market analysis and engaging targeted clients
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Developing risk transfer solutions in line with company strategy
• Assessing business opportunities for profitability and suitability
• Collaborating closely with internal and external partners
• Systematic administration and maintenance of business documentation
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures
• Active participation in digitalization initiatives

We expect
• 5-7 years of experience in reinsurance as underwriter
• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reinsurance pricing tools or models
• A proactive mindset, team spirit, and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
