Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 months with high chance for an extension extension

Workload: 100%

Location: Zurich

Requirements:

• Take ownership of smaller projects and change requests within a Supply Chain program environment
• Collaborate closely with IT teams including SAP support and product management
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation for managed changes
• Guide users through change processes and ensure clear stakeholder communication
• Support user training, go-live activities, hyper care, and incident coordination
• Act as the main Supply Chain point of contact for affected business units and teams 

Competences:

• Proven experience in project management
• SAP experience, minimum key user level
• Experience in process design and change management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
