Your Mission: Lead with clarity, deliver with impact 

As a Senior Operations Project Manager and Business Unit Leader, you’ll not only manage technically and logistically complex projects but also play a key role in the strategic development of the company. 

This is a client-facing role where project leadership meets hands-on implementation. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design and drive end-to-end operations plans, from sourcing ingredients to overseeing production, quality, traceability, and logistics. 

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met. 

• Lead a team of 2-3 talented individuals to ensure all Operations projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. 

• Work with our European network of suppliers and manufacturers to find creative and effective production solutions. 

• Collaborate with our COO to identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost-saving measures, and performance optimization. 

• Communicate clearly with clients at every step — turning complexity into clarity and building trust through your expertise. 

• Contribute actively to team meetings and workshops, with your input, ideas, jokes.

The Candidate We’re Looking For 

• Solid experience managing cross-functional projects in food, beverage, or related manufacturing/innovation sectors. 

• Proven ability to lead clients through uncertainty — you're calm, clear, and credible under pressure. 

• Business acumen to gradually increase your accountability for the business unit’s financial performance 

• Fluent in English plus either German or French (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus. 

• A strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, can-do attitude. 

• High-energy, detail-oriented, and self-driven: you take full ownership and keep others moving too. 

• With a valid Swiss work permit.
