Your contribution to KPMG
- Contribute to fit–gap analysis by documenting business processes and identifying deviations from group standards and the target operating model.
- Support data migration activities, including data preparation, quality validation, and mapping to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in planning, executing, and tracking system testing activities; assist in developing test cases and documenting results.
- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to manage system integrations, dependencies and issue resolution across related platforms.
- Assist in organizational readiness and change management activities, helping ensure smooth adoption and transition to the new solution.
- Support communication, coordination, and alignment between project stakeholders, business teams, and project leadership.
- Contribute to user training, onboarding, and engagement initiatives by helping prepare materials and promoting system adoption.
- Track task progress, escalate risks or issues promptly, and maintain clear documentation throughout project phases.
This is what makes you successful
- Education in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial business processes.
- Experience working with finance data, with high attention to accuracy, structure, and quality.
- Familiarity with ERP environments (SAP preferred) and basic knowledge of system integrations and data flows.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across business and IT stakeholders.
- Organized and proactive working style with the ability to manage tasks, track progress, and escalate issues when needed.
- Comfortable working in a project environment, supporting change, testing, and process improvement activities.
- Fluency in English, German language skills are considered an advantage.
