I’d like to give a special shout-out to the HR team for their support. My point of contact there was always professional, helpful, and approachable. Unfortunately, this was one of the few truly positive experiences I had at the company.

I see room for improvement, above all, in leadership style, communication, and the culture of feedback. It should be possible to openly express critical opinions without employees having to fear negative consequences. In my experience, this has unfortunately not always been the case. In addition, expectations and criticism should be communicated early on, transparently, and constructively.
