Major investments have been made in infrastructure, machinery and equipment. The company tries to be at the cutting edge of technology with new equipment and machinery.

This could be improved

A lot of things have to change at the management level. This SME is meant to be a "family spirit", but it is not. A lot of pressure from the management and the human resources are totally out of touch with reality. The working atmosphere is catastrophic between colleagues and between the different departments.
