The whole team understands each other and works great together. The secretariat serves as an optimal relief and any concerns that one has are heard immediately and solved together. It is also important for me that there is regular internal supervision and training. I love my job! And there is also enough room for my private life.
This could be improved
The learning practice currently has two different locations. In the long term, it would certainly be practical to have the entire team together in one place. This would strengthen cohesion and facilitate cooperation.

- modern practice with beautiful therapy rooms - monthly interdisciplinary supervision (learning coaching, psychotherapy and occupational therapy) - internal trainings - great transparency regarding company goals etc. (every 3 months there is a team meeting with the whole team) - customer orientation is really lived and is not just a farce - The secretary's office takes a lot of work off our shoulders and is very obliging when it comes to requests.
This could be improved
The learning practice is currently in a transition phase from former founder and leader to a young management team. This brings advantages, but of course also a lot of change. This also means that sometimes something goes wrong with new processes. However, we react very positively to appropriate criticism.
