This works well in the company

I particularly appreciate the great team and the team spirit among my colleagues. The work is fun because we not only treat each other professionally, but also laugh in between and there is a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. I also like the fact that you can work very independently and have confidence in your own responsibility. This mixture of team spirit, independence and fun makes the working environment really motivating.

This could be improved

In summer it can sometimes get quite warm in the building, but it is still quite bearable.

The management is very transparent. You are informed correctly and promptly. This makes the working atmosphere very pleasant.

In my time, the benefits were not up to date. The offices in the dispo were not sufficiently air-conditioned.
