Customer Service Officer

Your tasks

In this varied role, you are a key contact for our customers and suppliers. Your main responsibilities include:

• handling and following up on customer complaints;
• communicating with customers and suppliers;
• checking, entering, and monitoring order confirmations;
• maintaining and updating statistics;
• complying with and controlling defined internal processes.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial or logistics field.
• Experience in administrative processing or customer service, ideally in the furniture sector, is an advantage.
• You have good IT skills and work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner.
• You have excellent communication and organisational skills and enjoy customer contact.
• You are motivated, flexible, reliable, and thorough, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You have very good knowledge of French and German.
