The work atmosphere is great; even during breaks, there’s lively conversation and laughter. Everyone is supported and challenged individually and can fully apply their interests and skills. The former “sluggish” management team—where not all team leaders were experts in their field and didn’t fully understand the issues themselves—has since been completely replaced by employees who have risen through the ranks, and they tackle problems constructively and effectively.
This could be improved
The office space is top-notch, and with Azure, we also have a modern cloud infrastructure. However, key programs (such as AutoCAD) aren't designed for this environment, which sometimes makes work more complicated.
