Job posting sounded exciting and contact was friendly.

The application process did not convince me (chaotic) and I find it irritating that so many management positions are currently being filled. The reviews on the other jobs.ch profile from YLEX provide some clues as to the reasons, but in the end there were too many question marks for me.

There is potential for optimization everywhere. However, things are constantly being improved and efforts are being made.

Mainly small, simple, non-demanding cases are handled by the parent company (legal protection insurance). The start-up concept appeals to young female lawyers who would like to tackle and change something. Unfortunately, own ideas are not welcome and even less critical opinions. One of the main problems is the very poor management style. No development opportunities, poor communication, hourly pressure, high turnover, etc.

I wasn't used to working in decentralized teams and it requires a lot of organization to ensure good communication and the necessary feeling of togetherness. The possibility to meet physically again and to organize cross-store events plays into our hands.
