The work in the core team has always been very good. Home office is possible.

The professional development horizon is very limited. The concept is certainly good for the customers, but not for the employees - at least in the longer term. There is a lack of a clean organizational structure and contemporary employee management.

Professionally unchallenging, monotonous work. average salary. high turnover, several layoffs. inexperienced managers. non-transparent communication. Suggestions for improvement are not welcome. At the beginning of YLEX, things were better.

The job advertisement comes across as very appealing. An appealing, dynamic, modern and uncomplicated working atmosphere is conveyed. The circumscribed activity meets the ravages of time - a business model with a future.

The application process was confusing. It was associated with long waiting times and inquiries remained unanswered for a long time. I would have liked to see a more expeditious procedure.
