Paul Hegglin GmbH was founded in 1993 and has been managing properties of all types and sizes ever since. We are based in the canton of Obwalden and offer our services under the slogan «HAUSMANAGER.CH – we manage your property» in, on, and around commercial and residential buildings throughout Central Switzerland. Since 2019, we have been part of the Facility Management division of the nationally active Honegger Group.
Our core business lies in the areas of building management with technical maintenance and specialized cleaning, drawing on a wealth of long-standing experience. We focus on value-preserving and value-enhancing measures, such as the care of sophisticated environments, the maintenance of technical systems, and interior and exterior cleaning. Our expanded services for privately owned properties, such as the absence service and the mobile on-call service available around the clock, round out our product and service portfolio.
With over 25 trained professionals, including certified caretakers (HF), caretakers with a Federal Vocational Certificate (FA), and building maintenance specialists (EFZ), we are the only private company in Obwalden and Nidwalden offering vocational training for building maintenance specialists (EFZ) and building cleaners (EFZ). In addition, we actively promote continuing education for building caretakers with a Federal Professional Certificate (FA).
