I particularly like the clear structure and the brand’s recognition. It’s clear that Coop Pronto has a well-established system. The processes are well-defined, which makes it easier to get started. I also appreciate the punctuality of payroll and the overall job security that such a large company offers.

I see room for improvement in streamlining the goods receiving process during peak hours. Since Coop Pronto often experiences very high customer traffic, organizing delivery times even more efficiently would be helpful so that staff can focus entirely on assisting customers without the unloading of goods disrupting store operations.
