My experience with this company was disappointing. The internal organization seemed chaotic, responsibilities were unclear, and decisions were frequently changed at the last minute. In my view, the workload was out of proportion to the expectations, and communication with employees often lacked transparency and professionalism. Criticism or suggestions for improvement were rarely taken seriously. I would hope that in the future, more emphasis will be placed on leadership, planning, and respectful communication.

Everything except "Sicheheit", it's just a lot of washing, something gets lost. was in chemistry before and had to realize a lot. I would like to go back, I'm waiting and hoping for a job at bachem!
