Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely in some cases make it easier to combine work and private life.

Room for improvement: Processes could be made more efficient in some areas. Some decision-making paths are somewhat long, which sometimes slows down the flow of work. Greater promotion of internal communication would also be desirable. Conclusion: Overall, I am very satisfied and can only recommend the company. I really enjoyed working at Suisse-Nurse. Great atmosphere and modern workplaces/ways of working. Many benefits for employees and a great appreciation of the work done, which was also rewarded. (Unfortunately, this is extremely rare nowadays) It was like working at eye level, whether with managers or team members.
