Who is behind the name Work4You? Serge Meuwly and Raphael Cappello – founders and owners, together they bring over 25 years of experience in consulting and placement.
In March 2024, the team was expanded with Mandy Sneschitz, who brings another 20 years of experience and will develop the Eastern Switzerland region.
In January 2025, Ralf Riedel from the tri-border area and the greater Basel region, with an additional 25 years of experience, will join the team, along with Feisal Azou, who, together with Mandy Sneschitz, will strengthen the Eastern Switzerland region.
