Overall, the application process was clearly structured and easy to understand, which I found very positive. The individual steps were transparent and easy to follow, so I was always able to keep track of where I was in the process. Otherwise, I found the process to be pleasant and professional.
This could be improved
One small area for improvement, however, would be the signage or information regarding the building’s entrance. It was a bit difficult to find the right entrance. A brief note indicating that the entrance is on the first floor would have been very helpful here.
