I'm currently working for another company, which I honestly already regret. But I did my apprenticeship at Galliker and then gained 5 years of professional experience. I said to myself: "Hey, you can't work at Galliker for the rest of your life, you really need to gain some other experience." On the one hand, it was certainly a good experience to realize that Galliker was the right place for me after all. From that point of view, I don't regret the decision, because now I know that I definitely want to go back, rather today than tomorrow....!

A company can always optimize and improve. But that's exactly the good thing about Galliker, where you can contribute your ideas. Either via the portal or the team leaders always have an open ear for you. If the idea is considered useful, it will be implemented very quickly. If the idea doesn't work, you'll be told why it can't be implemented. Very exemplary.

the infrastructure is really top modern (except in the administration department where the interview took place, which is a bit outdated). We have standing desks and large, high-resolution screens, good air conditioning, decent heating and huge windows. We have our own parking garage for private cars and can park for free right next to the workplace, which is not always a given.

We have flexible working hours and a time stamp system, which is great. We can simply discuss with our colleagues and the team leader from when to when we work, as long as someone is always on site. That's more of a luxury. Some people would like a home office option, which we don't currently have, but I personally don't think it's absolutely necessary.

Salary could be a bit better, but it's okay for the industry

The Galliker company is very innovative, flexible, structured and organized. As it is a 100% family business and the hierarchy is very flat, decisions are implemented very quickly. Anyone who enjoys working in the automotive and logistics industry is in the right place at Galliker. The employees are allowed to contribute ideas for process optimization, these are checked and implemented if possible, it's really fun.

With the annual working hours, you are very flexible and you can set your own working hours. But of course, we are a service company, the customer orders have to be completed and the quality has to be right. But as everyone is very flexible, there are always solutions...

In my opinion, Galliker Transport AG is a model company that continuously strives to meet the latest and most modern standards. Employees receive the fullest trust and stable support from their superiors, and they are also involved in operational decisions.

At Galliker Transport AG, we are constantly improving and optimizing so that we employees can carry out our tasks as simply and modernly as possible. Because of this, I do not currently see any opportunities for improvement.

There is always an open ear for suggestions for improvement. So for me there are currently no negative points to mention.

Compared to some other players in the automotive industry, things are certainly better here. Among other things, how safe the workplace is for motivated employees and that everything is well organized. I like the management's attitude that we should treat everyone as we would like to be treated ourselves. You also notice that in everyday working life.

Personally, I think Galliker is one of the best employers I've worked for, I don't quite understand the negative feedback, but perhaps people have worked in a different area. I can't think of any major potential for improvement at the moment.

A very exemplary company. Good communication from the transport management to the dispatcher to the driver. In case of problems, no matter what, solutions are sought. Wages are always paid on time. Company cell phone with very good Galliker App.

Nowhere, things are as they should be. If you have the will to work and are reliable, you will be treated well.
