I'm currently working for another company, which I honestly already regret. But I did my apprenticeship at Galliker and then gained 5 years of professional experience. I said to myself: "Hey, you can't work at Galliker for the rest of your life, you really need to gain some other experience." On the one hand, it was certainly a good experience to realize that Galliker was the right place for me after all. From that point of view, I don't regret the decision, because now I know that I definitely want to go back, rather today than tomorrow....!

Either via the portal or the team leaders always have an open ear for you. If the idea is considered useful, it will be implemented very quickly.
