There was some restructuring in my department at the beginning and it was a very hectic time, fortunately we were always supported by the management. I feel the working atmosphere is good - there is togetherness. The application process was fast and transparent and I received a fair salary.
Until recently, there was no onboarding, every department did something. This has now been adjusted. Benefits are coming slowly now.

A company that is far too poorly represented in the public eye. I'm sure it's not perfect. But a lot is done, the MA are supported and the chances of advancement are also very good for unskilled workers.
Much has changed for the better in recent years and things are moving in the right direction.
The drivers should get better training. Unfortunately, this is not the case, as this is the responsibility of the subcontractors. More events to bring all departments closer together.
