I am now the umpteenth employee to leave the company of my own accord because it is simply no longer fun and because there is no success. Because of this change in management, there are also far too many open construction sites and unfinished measures. People like to talk a lot, but do little. In addition, as with many companies, the focus is only on profit, which cannot be achieved anyway due to excessive targets.

I worked as a sales representative for specific regions and areas and left the company because the company management, sales management and operations management as a whole, and not necessarily in terms of individuals, have developed very negatively over the last 1 1/2 years. Many things have developed in an impersonal and superficial direction and ultimately my passion for light could no longer cover up the major deficits in the corporate culture. It's a shame really, the Group does a lot of things right, but the sales organization in Switzerland no longer offers attractive conditions, especially in the "personal" area. I would like to see a renewed commitment to the goals and qualities that used to exist.

There is potential for improvement in every company. TRILUX AG is aware of this and asks its employees to contribute their own initiative in this respect. Which I personally think is very good. The development of women in management positions could be improved; this applies not only to TRILUX AG but to the entire TRILUX GROUP.

Good pay and generous benefits for ALL employees (customer or employee events, company celebrations, team outings, bonuses of various kinds).

Not everything always went smoothly at TRILUX either, but lessons have been learned from the mistakes of the past! The management is getting younger, more modern and more dynamic and is developing the company together with the employees in a future-proof way. Change always takes time, but those who give it to a new team will not be disappointed in this workplace.
