I am now the umpteenth employee to leave the company of my own accord because it is simply no longer fun and because there is no success. Because of this change in management, there are also far too many open construction sites and unfinished measures. People like to talk a lot, but do little. I worked as a sales representative for specific regions and areas and left the company because the company management, sales management and operations management as a whole, and not necessarily in terms of individuals, have developed very negatively over the last 1 1/2 years. Many things have developed in an impersonal and superficial direction and ultimately my passion for light could no longer cover up the major deficits in the corporate culture. It's a shame really, the Group does a lot of things right, but the sales organization in Switzerland no longer offers attractive conditions, especially in the "personal" area. I would like to see a renewed commitment to the goals and qualities that used to exist.
