We are a great team, well mixed in age, gender and function. Our products are first class. The superiors are cool types and attach great importance to good communication.

This could be improved

Unfortunately, we are still a relatively small company in Switzerland and should definitely grow. We already employ more than 5500 people worldwide. The lighting industry is a VERY hectic business. Unfortunately we let ourselves be infected by it from time to time and then it gets loud also with us once in the year. As employees, we are the company's most valuable asset, the bosses know this, but our colleagues should also think about it and always keep the team spirit in focus.
