In my opinion, the company could still make significant improvements, particularly in the areas of internal communication and corporate culture. Decisions are not always explained transparently, which means that employees are sometimes unclear about how certain priorities or changes come about. The organization of day-to-day work also seems somewhat unstructured in places. Clear processes and better planning would likely help reduce work pressure and make workflows more efficient. When it comes to work-life balance, I also believe there is room for improvement. In practice, one quickly gets the impression that high availability is expected, making the line between work hours and free time not always clearly discernible. One point that personally stood out to me concerns the appreciation shown toward employees. Even small gestures can go a long way toward boosting motivation. The Christmas party, for example, took place in the conference room and consisted of a simple buffet with sandwiches. While this was easy to organize, it felt more functional than particularly appreciative—especially considering that such events are often intended as an opportunity to thank the team for their dedication. I also see room for improvement when it comes to compensation. In my view, the salary isn’t always commensurate with the workload. Additionally, I had the impression that certain expenses aren’t automatically covered, which can be frustrating in day-to-day work. Furthermore, continuing education and development opportunities could be promoted more strongly so that employees see long-term prospects within the company.

Collegiality with each other. Supervisors are direct, open, honest and fair. I have never experienced that a company gives an additional day of vacation per sick quarter. In other words, those who are never sick have an additional 4 vacation days. In 2022 there were even 3 additional days, because in 2021 the majority of holidays fell on a weekend. Everyone can continue their education privately as they see fit. Advancement opportunities are possible in every department to the extent that this family business with the given structure allows it and one is also qualified for it. Regarding, for example, dealing with older employees, I was 53 years old when I was hired, I think I answer everything. Who shows commitment is also awarded, without diligence no prize..... somehow logical or ?

You could change something everywhere, no matter in which company, here we are talking about a family business with a flat structure. Depending on how you approach the management, they are always open to adjustments or minor restructuring, as long as it helps the company and the employees.

The company is well organized, I could learn a lot and was taken seriously. Deciding independently and going into the future together, that's how I experienced the company.

You can work very independently without someone always looking at what is being done. Of course you work, too. Company is very small, therefore important that all work. You're not a number, you're part of it, even on my temporary assignment. My temporary assignment gave me a lot to learn. Good team. The superiors are young people and know exactly what they want.

Better school people so you can have it better later. Each department should work as a team and not individually.

We were a great team. Lazy eggs are not tolerated, then you do not have to work for others. The support and training are great. Since the company is small, you can see into all areas and benefit from them. I was never a number, was always appreciated and used.
