The company's products are basically okay and fulfill their purpose. Unfortunately, from my point of view, that's where the positives end.

Unfortunately, I can only advise against working for this company. Staff turnover is extremely high and hardly anyone stays here for long. Some dismissals are made without comprehensible reasons or clear communication, which creates a lot of uncertainty and mistrust in the team. Further training and personal development are neither encouraged nor desired. Requests for training or specialist courses are usually turned down, sometimes even with negative comments. It seems as if there is no interest in employees growing or making a long-term contribution. Overall, there is an unstable atmosphere with little appreciation for employees. If you want to develop professionally or work in a healthy environment, it is better to look elsewhere.

During my time at the company, I unfortunately experienced one thing above all: a lack of leadership skills. Decisions are rarely made with foresight; instead, micromanagement dominates everyday working life. Strategic planning or clear goals are hardly recognizable, much is short-term and uncoordinated. Employees are not involved in decisions, which leads to frustration and high staff turnover. If you want to work independently and develop yourself further, this is not the place for you.

This could be improved

The company offers excellent services and products that definitely create added value for customers. Unfortunately, this potential is being thwarted by very weak management. Decisions are often haphazard and lack a clear strategy. Transparency and honesty leave a lot to be desired. There is a lack of leaders with backbone and vision; instead, short-term thinking and a lack of real leadership quality dominate. For employees who value good leadership and structured working methods, this is an insurmountable challenge.

- No 13th wage - Wage at the lower end of the scale, but is set in Germany! - The first half hour and last half hour of driving is NOT working time. So the employee gives about 250 hours to the company (more than 13th wage). - You are allowed to use your company car privately, but you have to pay extra for the parking space. - - 30% of the time on the phone to solve wrong addresses, contacts etc. yourself. - Expenses 400.- are not even enough to eat properly or to pay the parking fees per month. - The business phone is tracked. - French company. - Extremely many departures...why do you think?
