I’d like to give a special mention to the cafeteria, where meals were freshly prepared every day. The company’s products are generally fine and serve their purpose. Beyond that, there were only a few aspects that I personally found consistently positive.

I see room for improvement, particularly in communication, leadership style, and the general treatment of employees. In my view, information was not always shared transparently or in a timely manner, which led to uncertainty. Additionally, a fairer distribution of tasks and a clearer delineation of responsibilities would be desirable. I also believe there is room for improvement regarding work-life balance, as the workload was high at times and work outside regular hours was occasionally expected. Opportunities for professional development, a more attractive compensation structure, and a more open approach to conflicts and feedback would further improve the work environment.

There is a very strong team culture—both within individual departments and across departments. Collaboration is respectful and constructive. Managers empower their employees by giving them real authority and responsibility, and provide support when needed. Professional development opportunities are made available and actively encouraged, which strengthens both personal and professional growth.

There are no major issues. Minor improvements could be made in terms of process optimization. However, we are constantly working on this.

The company's products are basically okay and fulfill their purpose. Unfortunately, from my point of view, that's where the positives end.

Unfortunately, I can only advise against working for this company. Staff turnover is extremely high and hardly anyone stays here for long. Some dismissals are made without comprehensible reasons or clear communication, which creates a lot of uncertainty and mistrust in the team. Further training and personal development are neither encouraged nor desired. Requests for training or specialist courses are usually turned down, sometimes even with negative comments. It seems as if there is no interest in employees growing or making a long-term contribution. Overall, there is an unstable atmosphere with little appreciation for employees. If you want to develop professionally or work in a healthy environment, it is better to look elsewhere.

There is a standstill at all levels. If you are looking for a structured, professional environment, you should look elsewhere.

During my time at the company, I unfortunately experienced one thing above all: a lack of leadership skills. Decisions are rarely made with foresight; instead, micromanagement dominates everyday working life. Strategic planning or clear goals are hardly recognizable, much is short-term and uncoordinated. Employees are not involved in decisions, which leads to frustration and high staff turnover. If you want to work independently and develop yourself further, this is not the place for you.

Wages are paid on time, which is a positive aspect.

The company offers excellent services and products that definitely create added value for customers. Unfortunately, this potential is being thwarted by very weak management. Decisions are often haphazard and lack a clear strategy. Transparency and honesty leave a lot to be desired. There is a lack of leaders with backbone and vision; instead, short-term thinking and a lack of real leadership quality dominate. For employees who value good leadership and structured working methods, this is an insurmountable challenge.
