Certainly the best employer on the Swiss ICT scene
This works well in the company
Way to go! It's fun working at T&N. People trust and help each other. Here you are not a number. The promotion of each individual is very important here.
This could be improved
Nothing comes to mind here. Keep it up. It's fun at T&N.

Family and collegial working atmosphere
This works well in the company
The company is family-run. It also offers older employees Ü50 very good conditions and the knowledge and experience are gladly accepted and implemented in the best possible way. In contrast to other companies, the focus is on the employees. Independent work is desirable and one also receives the support of superiors. Training and further education is also offered and supported to all employees. The collegial relationship is excellent and there is always help among each other. Now that I'm retired, I don't work at T&N anymore. I highly recommend T&N.
This could be improved
Of course, there is always something to improve, but T&N is working on it and inputs from employees are taken into account as far as possible.

Focus on the human being
Much is invested in the further training and development of employees. The cooperation is very collegial, if you don't make any progress yourself you get uncomplicated support. I greatly appreciated the support and understanding during my absences from illness and accidents. There is an open and personal climate at all levels, everyone is per you. Suggestions and criticism are welcome, I have always received feedback. I didn't want to work for customers in the field anymore, so I changed jobs, otherwise I would still be there.
