My experience with Asanti AG, particularly with recruitment consultant Roberto Pasinelli, was very disappointing. Despite clearly indicating my experience in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical logistics sectors, I was sent to a job involving loading and unloading trucks, which did not match my qualifications. The promised “trial assignment” turned out to be nothing more than a brief conversation on-site without a clear job description. After I declined the assignment for professional reasons, the case was forwarded to the RAV, which led to administrative complications and financial uncertainty for me during my job search.

Although I clearly stated on multiple occasions that my professional experience lies exclusively in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical logistics sectors, I was sent to a job involving loading and unloading trucks, which did not match either my qualifications or my previous work experience. The appointment, which had been billed as a “trial assignment,” turned out on-site to be nothing more than a very brief conversation—without a responsible contact person, without an orientation, and without a concrete job description. After I declined the assignment for professional reasons, the case was forwarded to the RAV, which led to administrative clarifications and financial uncertainty for me during my job search. Overall, I did not feel that my professional qualifications or my situation as a job seeker were sufficiently taken into account during this process. My advice to applicants: Always have assignments confirmed in writing in advance and carefully check whether they match your qualifications.

Since the first contact with Asanti I felt comfortable. I attended a personal interview where I was able to introduce myself and express my wishes. After that, I was applied for jobs that fit me exactly. After about 1 month I had my first interview and after a few days I was hired on a temporary basis. I was with Asanti for 8 months and was now allowed to become a permanent employee. I am very grateful for the great cooperation and that you have responded so well to me. I can recommend it to everyone.
