Team spirit among the employees is a positive aspect worth highlighting. Colleagues support one another and work well together despite the challenging circumstances. However, beyond that, there are currently few other positive aspects to be noted.

Internal communication and management style sometimes seem outdated and out of step with the times. New ideas and suggestions for improvement are only accepted to a limited extent, which can result in lost innovation potential. In addition, there is a pronounced culture of control, which manifests itself in extensive micromanagement. This hinders independent work and can negatively impact employee motivation and development. Some processes also appear outdated and could be replaced by more modern, efficient structures.

Cool work colleagues and lots of freedom. I am really very satisfied!

Good working atmosphere, part-time work possible, flexible working hours in many departments, great employee events (parties, trips, etc.),

The company is growing, the structures still have to grow a bit in some cases, but the topic is known and in progress.
