Keep your hands off this company. Here everything takes 10 times as long as you are used to from a normal company. The job is badly paid underground and HR in particular is not familiar with the conditions in the IT industry and is unable to assess them. I was employed there for 1 year and during this time I witnessed 3 changes of superiors including the closure of entire departments. Don't be surprised if you are promoted, but you are not willing to reward your extra work accordingly. Sign contract changes, or leave - it's that simple!
