A lot of things worked very well! The problem is, that many of these things were developed by PEOPLE that already left the Company - due to a Management based on fear. Really a pity all the thousands of times my father said he worked for a great Organization. For sure it was - and for sure it does not exist anymore.

Our experience with this company was deeply painful on a human level. At a time of great personal vulnerability, we felt a complete lack of empathy and support. The decisions made regarding my father, a committed professional for many years, were experienced by our family as cold and inconsiderate. It is not just about work: it was the way a critical situation in our personal lives was handled that left an indelible mark on us. What we regret most is not only the injustice we perceived, but the way it was handled, without humanity or sensitivity. This is an opinion based on our direct experience. I am sharing it because I believe that ethics and respect should be non-negotiable pillars in any organization.

The company has a good image on the outside, but when you go into the application process, the impression changes rapidly.

Catastrophic HR. No feedback. Unreachable. Company keeps posting jobs, has been for a year. Sounds more like image maintenance.
