I’ve been with the company for four years now and am still very satisfied. During this time, I’ve had many positive experiences, and I particularly appreciate the pleasant work environment, the teamwork, and the respectful way we treat one another. I feel at home here and enjoy coming to work. Overall, I’m very satisfied and look forward to continuing to work here and to the years ahead.

I don't currently see any significant room for improvement. Of course, there are always opportunities to grow and optimize processes, but overall, I find the working conditions and work environment to be very positive.

We still have enough work. Even during the lockdown

It used to be very good. Since Kaba has merged everything has become rather bad. Unfortunately working climate wasteful etc.

Great, partly high quality products. The market acceptance is high.

The company has been busy with itself since the merger. Most employees are still in the Dorma or Kaba world
