Technically, you can pick up a lot when it comes to repairing and reassembling appliances. In general, you can't complain about the work. Only the human factor leaves something to be desired.

Evaluation of the company JM Immobilien & Textra During my time at JM Immobilien & Textra, I realized that many points could be optimized to improve the company and the morale of the employees. Management style: The management style could be much more participative and motivating. Managers are usually very difficult to reach and unreceptive, but accuracy/punctuality is demanded of employees. Communication: Internal communication could be much more efficient and transparent. There is often a mistrust of employees and criticism is not taken on board. Friendships are only possible between employees, but do not last due to constant changes. Employee turnover: The high turnover of employees indicates that the potential for improvement is not being implemented or is being skillfully ignored. When I was employed for about 1.5 years, at least 10 people changed jobs again.

This could be improved

A few impressions from the affiliated house maintenance company Textra GmbH: The agreed wage after the probationary period is not kept (This happened to others so)! The probationary period conversation took place only on insistence! With a concern to the boss or the personnel department one receives only with maximum expenditure an audience! Conscientious inputs and actions from experience are twisted in such a way that they are evaluated as negative!!! With the sheer unmanageable report system, one also takes over accounting functions that are so unregulated that they can only lead to failure! Basically, there is a very pessimistic and distrustful working climate that hardly allows a functioning team to get on its feet! A planned system for the real estate maintenance does not exist, one would not like also to work out!!!! Factual hints for the improvement of the whole procedures and for the contact with employees are ignored! The break room is officially in the garage which has almost outside temperature! And that the job advertisement permanently advertised makes sense if one becomes aware of the high fluctuation.........

Pensible control of all work, no freedom for the employees, work processes are unnecessarily dragged into the length. Cold working atmosphere, one is there to work and nothing more (no team spirit, one is blackened by the boss, no communication about company-relevant topics). Important: Don't let yourself be dazzled during the interview and make sure that all contract components are regulated in writing in the employment contract.

To deposit frustrations of employees who no longer work for our company in such a way shows little self-confidence and personal stability. Talking about team spirit, a cold working atmosphere and a lack of communication is probably rather arrogant if only short working relationships were possible and skills were not sufficient to meet basic requirements. It doesn't help at all, but it is rather cowardice not to mention the name and to present oneself anonymously. We have employment relationships of individual employees of almost 20 years, over 10 years, over seven years, etc. Jürg Müller
