Infrastructure is very modern. The new managing directors (two persons) are more market focused than the previous managing director. However, there is still a lot of air upstairs.

- Pension Fund on the Absolute Legal Minimum, No matter how high the income is. - Unrealistic business goals without a clear plan from GL = very demotivating - Internal communication still at a very low level - With the new GL, even greater savings will be made among employees. E.g. 100% goal achievement is and was impossible until today, but the goals are screwed up every year. = Very demotivating - Wage increases (even for long-term employees) practically impossible - No seniority gifts after 10 years - Planned working time per week 42h, without benefit between Christmas/New Year or other compensation. - There is no official compensation for overtime. - Home Office was initially possible. New GL no longer tolerates it. - Paid holidays per year 10 days. - Open-plan office very noisy, no sound insulation measures, extremely hot in summer (>28° degrees in the office are no exception, in some cases well over 30° degrees).
