There is a great atmosphere in the young and dynamic team. It is really fun to work in this industry and especially in this company. In a team with more than one person you can also be very flexible and personal needs (appointments) are taken into account. The tasks are varied and the needs of the customers are taken seriously. In addition, meetings are held several times a year at which GL provides information on current projects.

In my view, the decision-making possibilities could be made even clearer and, above all, the responsibility for certain tasks could be defined more precisely. In certain situations one does not know exactly who is taking care of it or who is making certain decisions. There are also situations where several parties are involved and therefore a decision takes longer than necessary.

People like to come to work every day. There is a very strong cohesion with the internal and external employees. There are no power or competition games among each other, but people support each other. In general, there is a motivating, positive vibe and you learn something new every day. What more could you ask for?

You have to be very attentive to collect all the new and different information that you regularly receive and also know where and how to retrieve this information.
